1. Program Overview
Swensen’s (Thai) Limited (“Swensen’s”) would like to reward and thank loyal customers for participating at Swensen’s through SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS. Customer can enroll in SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS and receive program benefits by downloading the mobile application or website “Swensen’s”.
The registration process may require that you provide certain personal information using the online registration form, including full name, phone no., gender, birthday and email address. For more details about data privacy, please read in the Privacy Policy section carefully to understand how we collect, use and disclose information about our customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you. 2. SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Terms
2.1 Definitions
“SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS” means a loyalty program that is operated by Swensen’s (Thai) Limited to offer privileges to Swensen’s members.
“SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account” means member’s account that has been registered by member’s phone number at “Swensen’s” mobile application or website.
“Swensen’s” means the name of SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS mobile application which used to be the channel for members to earn points, redeem rewards, add Swensen’s Member Card (Paid Card) and update promotion and news for SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS members.
“Swensen’s Member Card” means Swensen’s member card (Paid card). This card offer discount and privileges to Swensen’s member card (paid card) holder only.
“Swensen’s Store” means Swensen’s stores in Thailand only.
2.2 Program description
SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS is a customer loyalty program that allow members who is registered as Swensen’s member by downloading the mobile application named Swensen’s” in iOS/Android operating system. Members can receive and redeem loyalty points (“Points”) for rewards and member benefits on an individual basis for their own account. Members may receive Points and Member Benefits based on their Member tier (as described below) through qualifying purchases, participating in activities or events, as may be presented by Swensen’s from time to time.
There is no fee associated with the SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS registration. Participation in the SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS is personal and non-transferable.
Points, Member Tiers, Rewards and Member Benefits cannot be sold or transferred and not redeemable for cash. Swensen’s reserves the right to limit the redemption of specific Rewards and Member Benefits and limit the number of Points, Rewards, and Member Benefits available.
2.3 Points Accumulation (Points for redeem rewards)
Members will earn Points after registering as a member and ordering food at Swensen’s only for dine-in and takeaway and delivery through application “Swensen’s” orders only (Other delivery channels such as 1112 Delivery, Grab, LINE MAN, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood and Robinhood cannot earn Points). Members can earn Points by present QR code from Swensen’s app to the cashier during a payment process although when Members order delivery through application “Swensen’s”, Members can earn Points automatically. Member can collecting points to redeem rewards. Every spending THB 25 = 1 Point. Point will expire twelve (12) months from the issued date. Your oldest available Points are used first (First in First out).
Certain purchases and services do not qualify such as;
- Purchasing or using of Swensen’s Member Card (Paid Card)
- Purchasing or using all types of Gift Vouchers or Cash Vouchers
- Delivery Fee
- Dry Ice
- Promotional Discounts
- Purchases or transactions made using Points, Rewards or other promotional item
- Swensen’s (Thai) Limited reserves the right to change which purchases and services qualify or not without prior notice.
Points for such activities or milestones will be awarded as described in the applicable offer and will be subjected to any additional terms set forth with that offer.
Points for any single qualifying purchase or activity may only be credited to one (1) registered SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account.
Points will be credited to SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account upon consummation of the qualifying transaction or activity garnering Points. Issued Point(s) will be credited to members’ SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account within a day of purchase. Swensen’s is not responsible for, or liable to, any person or entity, in any way for any losses incurred by a delay or error in crediting Points or Member Tier benefits to SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS member.
Available Points totals for a SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS member can be checked in your SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account in Swensen’s application.
Remark: Swensen’s reserves the right to decline any screen capture or dishonesty of earn point QR code.
2.4 Points Accumulation (Points for maintain member tier)
Collecting points for maintain and upgrade member tier. Every spending THB 25 = 1 points. Points will expire within twelve (12) months from your member’s anniversary date.
2.5 Member Tiers
There are 3 types of SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS members, each Member will be assigned a member tier: Bronze, Silver and Gold based on the number of Points that participant receives in his/her SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS account, beginning of the date that the member joined the Program and ending in twelve (12) months from the enrollment date. To maintain or upgrade/downgrade member tier details regarding the Member Tiers are provided on SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS benefits page. Swensen’s reserves the right to change, modify or update the member tiers, number of Points, number of Points or other actions and requirements needed to earn member tier and benefits.
2.6 Redeeming Rewards.
You must have enough available points in your SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account for the Reward you wish to redeem. To redeem Points for various rewards from SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS (“Rewards”), you must access the “Rewards” section in Swensen’s application. In any single transaction, only one (1) SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account may be used to redeem Points for Rewards. Determinations regarding redemption of Points are subject to Swensen’s discretion.
Points will be subtracted from the member’s SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account immediately when a Reward is requested based on the total Points of the requested Reward.
2.7 Points subtraction for rewards redemption
When you redeem your Points for Rewards, your oldest available Points are used first (First in First out). Rewards and Member Benefits expire in connection with the terms provided with that Reward or Member Benefit. Once, Points expire or are used to redeem a Reward, the Points will be removed from a member’s SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account. Points will not be added back to the member’s SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account if the member does not use the Reward before it expires.
If SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS program is terminated, all the unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no redemption claims will be honored by the member against Swensen’s after the conclusion of the notice period.
3. Types of Member and SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Benefits
There are three (3) types of member in SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS which are determined by the number of Points that you accumulate in your SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account based on your spending made via the member’s phone number that has been registered through Swensen’s in the mobile application. By creating an account with Swensen’s in the mobile application, you will be automatically enrolled in SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS at the Bronze tier. If you earn at least fifty (50) Points within the twelve (12) month period following your enrollment date and you are entitled for the Silver tier. If you reach two hundred and fifty (250) Points, you are entitled for the Gold tier. You’ll collect 1 Point for every 25 Baht purchase at Swensen’s for dine-in, take away and delivery via Swensen’s application. Points will collect for an integer number only without decimal points. For example, you have spending of 385 baht (Points calculated by the system 385/25 = 15.4), you will get 15 Points.
3.1 Bronze (0 – 49 Points)
To obtain the Bronze tier, you only need to create a SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account with Swensen’s mobile application. The benefits of Bronze tier may include:

At the Birthday Privilege tier, you need to accumulate fifty (50) Points to be entitled to the Silver tier or two hundred and fifty (250) Points for the Gold tier.
3.2 Silver (50 - 249 Points)
After having accumulated fifty (50) Points in a 12-month period, you achieve the “Silver tier”. You need to accumulate fifty to two hundred and forty-nine (50 to 249) Points in each subsequent 12-months from the date you reach the Silver tier in order to maintain the Silver tier. The benefits for Silver tier may include:

- Rewards Redemption
To achieve the Gold tier and get more benefits and privileges, Silver tier have to accumulate two hundred and fifty (250) Points in a 12-month period.
3.3 Gold (from 250 Points)
After having accumulated two hundred and fifty (250) Points in a 12-month period, you achieve the “Gold tier”. The benefits for Gold tier may include:

- Rewards Redemption
You need to accumulate two hundred and fifty (250) Points in each subsequent 12-months from the date you reach the Gold tier in order to maintain the Gold tier.

3.4 Rewards Redemption
To redeem Rewards, you must have available points in your SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Account. You can check available Rewards in Swensen’s application.
3.5 Points Expiration
Points to maintain tier: Points will expire within twelve (12) months from your member’s anniversary date.
Points to redeem Rewards Points will expire within twelve (12) months from the issued date. Your oldest available Points are used first (First in First out).
3.6 Transfer Earned Loyalty Tiers, Points and Benefits
- Any earned loyalty tiers, points and benefits cannot be transferred to any other account.
- In case of changing email or mobile number, members are not required to delete account and create new one. Member can adjust all account information, and system will be updated automatically.
For example: You download Swensen’s mobile application and register SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS account on 25 February 2021, You will be placed in Bronze tier once you completed registration. Your spending will only be considered as qualified purchase from 25 February 2021 when you can start earning Points. If you earn fifty (50) Points on 14 March 2021, you will be placed on Silver tier and entitled to Silver tier benefits and your entitlement to Sliver tier benefits will expire on 31 March 2022. If you have accumulated 50-249 Points between 14 March 2021 to 31 March 2022, you will continue to qualify at Silver tier from 1 April 2022. If you have not accumulated the Points to meet the Silver tier, your tier will be changed to Bronze tier. However, if you have accumulated more than two hundred and fifty (250) Points, your tier will be upgraded to Gold tier.
4. Swensen’s Member Card
Swensen’s Member Card is a paid member card which offer to Swensen’s customers. This card is offer a discount and benefit to Swensen’s Member Card holder only. Member can check card price, benefit and terms and condition at Swensen’s stores or details below.
4.1 Type of Swensen’s Member Card
- Physical Swensen’s Member Card – available to purchase at Swensen’s Stores
- Online Swensen’s Member Card – available for purchase at Participating Swensen’s Stores and purchase through Swensen’s application and website
4.2 Conditions of purchase Physical Swensen’s Card at Swensen’s Store
4.2.1 Customer will receive Physical Swensen’s Card
4.2.2 When purchase Physical Swensen’s Member Card, the card cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded in any cases.
4.2.3 Swensen’s Member Card cannot be replaced if the card is lost or destroyed.
4.2.4 Swensen’s Member Card can only be linked to one Swensen’s Application account. The linked Swensen’s Member Card and associated benefits cannot be transferred to any other account.
4.2.5 Customer can renew Physical Swensen’s Member Card when linked card through Swensen’s application or website only. When renewing Swensen’s Member Card through Swensen’s application or website, customer will receive Online Swensen’s Member Card only. Physical Swensen’s Member Card cannot be renewed. Customer can only purchase the new Physical Swensen’s Member Card.
4.3 Conditions of purchase or renewal of Online Swensen’s Member Card through Swensen’s application and website
4.3.1 Customers will receive Online Swensen’s Member Card (cannot be exchange for Physical Swensen’s Card)
4.3.2 When purchase Online Swensen’s Member Card, the card cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded in any cases.
4.3.3 Customer can renew Online Swensen’s Member Card 30 days before or 30 days after card expiry date through Swensen’s application and website only. If customer unable to renew card within the renewal period, the card will expired and customer need to purchase the new one.
4.4 Swensen’s reserves the right to decline any screen capture or dishonesty of Physical or Online Swensen’s Member Card
4.5 Transfer or unlink Swensen’s Member Card
- Swensen’s Member Card cannot be transferred or unlink to any other account.
- In case of changing email or mobile number, members are not required to delete account and create new one. Member can adjust all account information by themselves, and the system will be updated automatically.
5. Suspension and deletion of SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS account
If your electronic devices with a SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS account is lost or stolen, you can suspend your SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS account by contacting 02-034-9212 Customer Support Center.
Swensen’s reserves the right to suspend and/or delete SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS account without prior notice to members in any of following cases:
5.1 Members commit an act that violate laws and regulations.
5.2 Members with suspicious purchasing behavior.
5.3 Members violates payment rules.
5.4 Members act in violation of SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS Terms and Conditions.
SWENSEN’S 1112 REWARDS members can reactive suspended account by contact 02-034-9212 Customer Support Center.
6. Customer complaint
Customer can leave their compliant or feedback regarding SWENSEN’s 1112 REWARDS by contacting 02-034-9212 Customer Support Center.
7. Account deletion
Before members permanently delete your account, please make sure members read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions for deleting an account notice.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Swensen’s recommend members ensured that all services associated with your account have been properly attended to. Once members delete account, Swensen’s will either delete or anonymize your personal information.
Members will no longer be able to access this account, or retrieve any content or information saved in or associated with this account. This means that restrictions including but not limited to the following will apply:
- Members account will be immediately and permanently deleted, members will no longer be able to login into the application.
- Any earned loyalty tiers, points and benefits will be deleted and cannot be transferred to any other accounts
- Any Swensen’s Member Card and associated benefits liked to the account will be deleted and cannot be transferred to any other account.
- Any pending orders that you have made will be delivered
- Any payments that have been made will not be refundable.
Please note that deleting an account does not exempt or diminish the severity of liabilities caused by any activity associated with account.
Remark: After 30 days of account deletion request, members can sign up again with the same username to another account as long as it hasn't been taken by a new person on the application.
8. Swensen’s reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
