Membership privileges i.e. Birthday privilege, accessing to new product, Free Gift and more privileges which does not use point to redeem will appear at “My Coupons” page.

Earn 1 point for every 25 THB spending. Points will collect for an integer number only without decimal points. For example, you have spending for 385 baht (points calculated by the system 385 / 25 = 15.4), you will get 15 points.

1. Purchases of Swensen’s cards or gift cards/ e-gift cards.
2. Purchases or transactions made using Points, Rewards or other promotional items.
3. Delivery fee.

Make a purchase in-store and present QR code to collect point(s) by clicking at “Scan” button at the right-hand side of Swensen’s app home page before completing the payment.

Members can check balancing points at Swensen’s Application.

Earning point(s) will assign to member account in the next day around 5:00pm.

You can show your receipt and Swensen’s Application membership account i.e. phone no. or
email which had register on Swensen’s app by Customer Support Center 02-034-9212 or
sending an email to [email protected]

1. Log-in to Swensen’s Application
2. Go to “Rewards for you” session on home page
3. Click at “See All” to see all rewards
4. Select reward that you need and click “Collect coupon” to collect coupon and save to “My coupon” page.
5. You can redeem your rewards by going to “My coupon” session.

After your have completed collecting coupon, your coupon has been saved into “My coupon” session.
1. Go to “My Coupon” session on home page and go to “See all”
2. Your redeemed coupons will be collected in this page
3. Click on coupon to redeem your reward. After clicking redeem reward, the rewards are available for only 15 minutes, then coupon will be marked used and cannot re-used.

Earned points are valid for 12 months after earning the points. Points will expire at the end of the month. For example, you spent on 25 April 2021 for THB 500. You will get 20 points and the points will be valid until 30 April 2022.

Points to upgrade/maintain member tier valid for 12 months after entire to that member tier.

Only when members have accumulated enough points up to the criteria of each member tier which in 12 months after the registered date or upgrade tier date. Members will be upgraded to that member tier automatically.

For Example: When you apply for Swensen’s membership on 25 April 2021. You will be assigned to Bronze on that date. If you have an order on 26 April 2021, valued THB 1,250. You will earn 50 points and you will upgrade to Silver and enjoy Silver privileges on 26 April 2021. If you continue spending during 26 April 2021 to 30 April 2022 and have points in these criteria 50-249 points. You will maintain your Silver privileges for the next 12 months.

Swensen’s Member Card 299 THB and valid for 1 year since activate card at Swensen’s Stores

To add Swensen’s Member Card (Physical Member Card) to enjoy your Swensen’s Member Card privilege on Swensen’s Application without carrying your physical card by following these steps;
1. Go to “Add card” Swensen’s on the left top on home page
2. Insert your Swensen’s Card no. and Swensen’s Member card expiry date.

Remark: After you have completed add your card into Swensen’s Application, Swensen’s Member Card can only be linked to one Swensen’s Application account. The linked Swensen’s Member Card and associated benefits cannot be transferred to any other account.

To use Swensen’s Member Card on Swensen’s Application at Swensen’s Store, you can show barcode at Swensen’s Application on the right-hand side on home page by clicking “Scan” button to use Swensen’s Member Card privileges and earning points before completing your payment.

Customer can renew Online Swensen’s Member Card 30 days before or 30 days after card expiry date through Swensen’s application and website only. If customer unable to renew card within the renewal period, the card will expired and customer need to purchase the new one.

When order Online Swensen’s Member Card, cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded in any case. (T&C apply)

Members can edit their profile by logging-in to Swensen’s Application account. And Go to “More” section and “Edit profile”. Members can edit member profile such as first name, last name, gender, email and mobile phone number by themselves.

If the refund is requested by 8 P.M., refund will be processed within the day. The refund make after 8 P.M. will be received in the next billing cycle, however, depending on the due and the refund policy of the bank/cardholder company
